About The Position

Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott’s leading full-service senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are growing and are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Licensed Nurse RN or LPN. Full Dayshift, must be willing to work occasional weekends As a Licensed Nurse with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in assisted living and advanced assisted living receive the highest level of dignity and care. Requirements

• Possess a current RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona
• Possess or willing to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification and Arizona Food Handler Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

Responsibilities

• Ensuring residents in assisted living and advanced assisted living receive the highest level of dignity and care
• Taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members
• Designing and implementing care plans for each resident
• Overseeing the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
• Continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Maintaining patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Modeling Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
