About The Position

Memory Care Director (LVN/RN) 6a-6p Preferred licensure in nursing or social science degree i.e. Sociology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work. Excellent communication skills to serve as a vital link between the interdisciplinary team, residents, families, and visitors. Experience working with residents with dementia diagnosis, understanding of disease process, stages of dementia and programming needs of dementia population. Requirements

Preferred licensure in nursing or social services discipline (LVN, LPN, RN or BSW).
Prefer experience working with residents with dementia diagnosis and understanding of disease process, stages of dementia and programming needs of dementia population.
