We’re seeking a skilled Memory Care Director (LPN) to guide and inspire our team while providing exceptional care to residents. In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, ensure staff are trained and empowered, and foster a compassionate environment for both residents and their families. Your decisive leadership will be key in creating personalized care plans and ensuring that all team members work together to provide the highest level of care. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Previous experience in a similar setting preferred (with understanding we serve resident care needs 24/7/365, and on-call)
  • LPN license.
  • Knowledge and concern for the needs of seniors
  • Aptitude and experience with Alzheimer’s and memory-impaired residents
  • Ability to work safely and promote a safe environment for residents
  • Proven ability to manage team processes and foster a team environment
  • Shows diplomacy and demonstrated ability to have difficult multi-faceted conversations

  • prior managerial & diplomatic leadership is a must

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement person-centered activities and life skills programming, including UIA & ISP development and ongoing maintenance
  • Recruit and supervise Med Techs, CNAs, and Cottage Care staff
  • Partner with care teams and community department heads to address resident care needs
  • Oversee medication management
