Are you a senior care professional who is passionate about providing excellent care to memory care residents in a low acuity ( no lifts, no two-person assists) luxury setting? We also offer LOW staff to patient ratios (our goal is 1 C.N.A. for 8 residents) in a place where you are valued and celebrated! Schedule: PART TIME 3 DAYS A WEEK Payrate: $18.00 to $21.00/Hour. The actual pay offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. Role Summary:  Assist residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy. Assist residents at mealtime. Encourage a calm atmosphere. Report to nurse on duty and the Director of Health Services all unusual behaviors of resident (change in status). A history & physical exam, tuberculin skin test or chest X-ray, drug screen, criminal background screening, employment references from previous employers, and verification with the OIG list of excluded individuals/entities to confirm your eligibility to work in health care is required. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Nice To Haves

  • One year experience working as a CNA/HHA preferred.
  • One year experience working in Assisted Living, Memory Care or skilled setting preferred.
  • Current/ Non expired CNA Certification highly preferred but not required.
