Are you a senior care professional who is passionate about providing excellent care to memory care residents in a low acuity ( no lifts, no two-person assists) luxury setting? We also offer LOW staff to patient ratios (our goal is 1 C.N.A. for 8 residents) in a place where you are valued and celebrated! Schedule : PART TIME 3 DAYS A WEEK Payrate : $18.00 to $21.00/Hour. The actual pay offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. Role Summary: Assist residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Nice To Haves
- One year experience working as a CNA/HHA preferred.
- One year experience working in Assisted Living, Memory Care or skilled setting preferred.
- Current/ Non expired CNA Certification highly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
- Assist residents at mealtime.
- Encourage a calm atmosphere.
- Report to nurse on duty and the Director of Health Services all unusual behaviors of resident (change in status).
