About The Position

As the Memory Care Administrator - RN you will enrich lives every day by managing, mentoring and coordinating a team of top-performing nurses, med aides, and caregivers to deliver superior service for residents living in Touchmark's Memory Care neighborhood. You will ensure that residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on the health care side of operations—allowing you to dedicate your expertise and energy to supporting residents and clinical excellence. You’ll report to our Clinical Care Manager and also collaborate closely with a strong, experienced team of nursing professionals. Together, you’ll create a seamless, high-quality experience for our residents. Pay Range: $38.00–$43.00 per hour (DOE)

Requirements

  • Current RN license required
  • 1-2 years’ experience working with older adults in a health care setting; geriatric mental a plus.
  • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
  • Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee care for residents in the Memory Care neighborhood.
  • Support the planning and coordination of resident care, while promoting ongoing quality improvement within the licensed care neighborhood.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, nurses, families, and external healthcare resources to help coordinate the highest appropriate level of care for each resident.
  • Complete care plans and other required documentation within established timeframes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Help supervise care staff and support them in making informed resident care decisions.
  • Maintain a full-time on-site presence and provide direct resident care when needed.
  • Participate in the nursing on-call rotation for team member scheduling issues.
  • Provide support to Assisted Living as needed.
