This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Membership Service Representative delivers exceptional customer service levels in accordance with the values, mission, and policies of the YMCA of the Inland Northwest. The MSR ensures visitor satisfaction and retention through outstanding service orientation and maintaining a friendly, courteous, accurate and highly efficient atmosphere. Must have background in Customer Service.
