About The Position

This position will work with the Buffalo Sabres ticketing department and will be
responsible for selling season tickets, group tickets and single game tickets
over the telephone., via email and face-to-face appointments for the Buffalo
Sabres and Buffalo Bandits.

Requirements

• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Management, Sport Management or a similar field
• Available to work evening, weekend, holiday hours as needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience working for an athletic department, sports team or major event is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Actively research and prospect new sales leads
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective and current members
• Utilize ticketing systems (Archtics, CRM Dynamics, and Tableau) for reports and account updates
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing Season Ticket Member events
• Maintain a high level of accuracy with all departmental policies and procedures
• Assist with other ticket department activities and projects as required
• Maintains a high level of confidentially and professionalism
• Other duties as requested or assigned
