POSITION SUMMARY: The Member Experience Manager will assist the General Manager with all operations of a particular gym to include member services, club cleanliness and ensuring the club is achieving projected membership/sales goals. Member Experience Manager is the manager on duty while the General Manager is not present. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE: Hourly, based on relevant experience to the role, plus bonus. Full-time hours. PTO. Full benefits package. 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%. Complimentary club membership. Discounts on club products and services.

Requirements

  • Possess a thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems
  • Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
  • Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees
  • Achieve a six-month consecutive track record as an employee who displays leadership qualities. Direct supervisor must endorse promotion to Assistant General Manager
  • Must demonstrate leadership and management qualities
  • Must understand and adhere to all sales systems and procedures
