The Membership Sales Associate role is responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs. This position also handles merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries, with a focus on providing excellent and efficient member service. Daily commitment to 'GOLD Member Standards' (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and 'Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards' is essential, which involves working as a team to maintain a 'Grand opening look daily,' ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is accurate, and the club is clean and organized. The associate should also understand how to access and interpret departmental production and financial performance reports to see the connection between consistent execution and business impact.
