The Quincy Kroc Center is seeking a mission-driven, relationship-centered leader to serve as our next Membership & Events Manager. This role is ideal for someone who loves developing people, building strong member experiences, and strengthening a welcoming community space that serves individuals and families year-round. While this position includes oversight of facility rentals, its primary focus is membership operations, sales strategy, and frontline team leadership. The Membership & Events Manager is responsible for ensuring that every guest and member feels genuinely welcomes, supported, and connected to our mission from the moment they walk through the door. This includes: Membership Operations & Strategy (Primary Focus) Overseeing daily membership operations and ensuring smooth, customer-focused service. Leading sales and retention efforts through strategic campaigns, effective follow-up, and strong use of CRM tools. Coaching a team of part-time staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Monitoring membership trends and using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes. Supporting long-term membership growth by aligning operations with programming, marketing, and community outreach. Facility Rentals & Event Coordination (Secondary Focus) This component is not event planning. Instead, it involves: Responding to rental inquiries Coordinating facility usage Ensuring agreements, logistics, and communication across departments run smoothly Balancing internal program needs with external rental requests
