Join Our Team as a Member Engagement Specialist Lead! 2nd shift 11am to 7pm Tues- Friday and 8am-4pm Saturday Make a difference. Grow your skills. Be part of something bigger. You’ll greet guests, validate memberships, register new members, and help them find their fit; whether that’s a fitness class, youth program, or volunteer opportunity. Requirements

This position requires the ability to move freely throughout the facility in order to respond quickly to member needs and potential emergencies.
Strong communication, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A natural ability to guide and teach others.
CPR/AED certification (must be completed within 90 days of hire-we can help!).
