About The Position
Hey there! Are you a people person with a knack for leadership and community building? We’re looking for a Membership Director to join the YMCA of Middle Tennessee team. If creating meaningful connections and driving exceptional member experiences excites you, we’d love to hear from you! You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our membership services, leading a team to deliver top-notch member experiences. From membership sales and retention to corporate partnerships and fundraising, you’ll ensure our center thrives as a welcoming space for all. You’ll also represent the Y in the community, fostering relationships that make a lasting impact.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a four-year college degree is preferred.
- Experience in membership services and face-to-face fundraising (YMCA experience a bonus!).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Membership software training within two weeks
- CPR/First Aid/AED and Listen First training within 60 days
- Adult Mental Health First Aid within six months
