The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake is seeking a dynamic Membership Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our organization. Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening
- 21 years and over required (to meet driving requirements), be willing and able to drive 15 passenger vans
Nice To Haves
- Spanish/English fluency
- 2 years of office experience
- 1 year of experience working with youth
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate membership records and database entries, ensuring smooth operations for our members and staff
- Field member inquiries from parents and families, assist with youth registration and renewals, and provide exceptional customer service
- Help coordinate member events and meetings
- Organize office supplies and handle payments
- Engage with our young members, offering mentorship and support as they navigate their Club experience
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
