About The Position

YMCA at Sumner County is Now Hiring for Membership Attendant
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences? The YMCA of Middle TN is hiring a Membership Attendant to be the friendly face that welcomes and assists our members and guests.
In this role, you’ll greet everyone with a smile, assist with member needs, monitor access to our facilities, and keep the Snack Shack running smoothly. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a welcoming environment for all.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 16
• A passion for helping others and a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• New Hire Orientation training before your first shift
• CPR Pro/First Aid/AED (within 30 days)
