Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or call center.
  • Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
  • Driven by a member’s first mindset, to help members succeed financially.
  • Support a team setting and value working closely with others.
  • Whether on the phone or in writing, you know how to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • You enjoy resolving issues and coming up with creative solutions for our members.
  • You can quickly learn new information and adjust to changing environments.
  • You value continuous learning and self-improvement, bringing energy and drive to your work every day.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every interaction strengthens member relationships and leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Assess each member’s unique financial situation and recommend products and services that directly address their needs and enhance their financial well-being.
  • Leverage strong problem-solving skills to address member concerns swiftly, aiming for a one-call resolution to maximize member satisfaction.
  • Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction.
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth operations, providing support as needed to drive collective success.
