About The Position

We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Support Center Representative. We are seeking a Member Support Center Representative to assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior call center experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests.
  • Research and resolve routine member questions and problems.
  • Answer questions about credit union products and services.
  • Answer loan questions, calculate payments, calculate payoffs and provide requested documentation.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.
  • Maintain member account information on computer system.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
