We’re looking for a Member Success Advocate to support our members and franchisees through consistent, empathetic, and organized relationship management. This is a non-sales, mission-driven role focused on trust, follow-through, and making sure no member feels overlooked. You’ll work one-on-one with members, help them navigate challenges, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure action items are completed. If you enjoy helping people feel supported, keeping systems organized, and quietly making things run smoothly, this role may be a great fit.
