We're looking for a detail-oriented Member Solutions Specialist to support a variety of transactional, card services, and risk-management functions. In this role, you'll help ensure accurate processing of member transactions, support debit/credit card operations, assist with the Premium Overdraft Program (POP), and provide excellent service to members and internal teams.

  • Process daily ACH, RDC, A2A, and share draft files, including exceptions and adjustments
  • Support debit and credit card platforms, troubleshoot card issues, and help prevent fraud
  • Review new accounts, overdrawn accounts, and risk-related activity
  • Assist with wire transfers, levies, garnishments, and regulatory compliance tasks
  • Research and resolve account errors while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related experience (financial institution, teller, or card services strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems
