Position Overview: Performs activities in the Member Solutions Department involving the creation of reports, account maintenance, transaction processing, compliance audits and other projects established by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three years’ related experience and/or training.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience in a business/financial environment.
• A current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process teller corrections.
• Process checks for billing, court and titles.
• Process loan worksheets and maintain loan worksheets log.
• Assist with IRS and child support levies and writs of garnishment.
• Assist with subpoenas.
• Assist with deceased accounts.
