Responsibilities
- Host virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Educate individuals and families on available supplemental coverage options
- Support clients throughout the enrollment process and follow-up communication
- Develop best practices in client service, consultative sales, and professional communication
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
