Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management

Responsibilities

  • Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Maintaining accurate member information in our database
  • Preparing and processing membership applications
  • Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Providing information on membership benefits and services
  • Assisting with membership renewals and upgrades
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure member satisfaction
