About The Position

The primary function of this position is to provide excellent member service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• Basic member service skills and telephone etiquette.
• Data entry skills and basic computer proficiency using standard word processing.
• Ability to learn and use YMCA software programs.
• Math and calculator proficiency.
• Knowledge of filing and basic office procedures and the ability to use the copier and fax machine.
