As a Member Services Representative, you will be a high-energy, positive team member, providing an unprecedented experience and encouraging members in their fitness journeys. You will make members feel like family in a clean, judgment-free environment, creating 'raving fans' through exceptional customer service. The role involves continually engaging and encouraging members, ensuring the club is super clean, and introducing new and current members to fitness trainers and Black Card amenities. You will assist the team at the welcome desk with check-ins, greetings, farewells, fun, non-high-pressure tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities. The company supports its communities and the Boys and Girls club.

Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age
Passion for helping others
Understanding the physical demands may involve but are not limited to, communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50lbs, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling and handling potentially hazardous chemicals
On-time dependability
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch

Responsibilities

Provide members with an unprecedented experience and encourage them in achieving their fitness goals
Make members feel like family in a clean, judgment-free environment
Create “raving fans” by delivering +1% customer service
Continually engage and encourage members to succeed on their fitness journey
Ensure our club is super clean
Find new and current members to join the fitness trainer in fitness classes
Impress new and existing members when introducing them to our Black Card amenities
Help the entire team at the welcome desk checking in our members while providing greetings and farewells to them
Assist with fun energetic, non-high-pressure tours
Assist with member enrollment
Assist with other club responsibilities
