Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze member needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between members and the Credit Union, providing information regarding accounts and services.
- Perform routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Open and maintain accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct interviews for loan applicants and process applications, analyzing credit history and background information.
- Cross-sell various credit union products and services to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist members with electronic services and promote features such as online banking.
- Balance cash drawers and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
