About The Position

This position leads the Member Services team and manages the operations of the Member Services department, including front desk and Fuel Center. The MSL ensures that all members receive excellent service when entering and departing the club, requesting information, and utilizing the Fuel Center.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Basic computer skills
  • Thorough understanding of the Company's membership packages and incentives
  • Upbeat personality with the ability to connect with new people daily
  • Ability to properly fill out the necessary paperwork and agreements associated with our business
