Member Services Attendant - Opener (Oshkosh Downtown YMCA)
About The Position
The Oshkosh Y is seeking energetic, positive, and caring team members. The Y is a healthy, positive, flexible employer willing to train the right candidates and empower you to make a difference. Member Service staff create a welcoming environment, supports our members through their use of the Y and ensures that everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Welcome Desk staff are professional administrative staff who validate memberships, enroll new members, facilitate program registration, and provide support to both members and staff. Welcome Desk staff are knowledgeable about all the Y's programs and services, answer questions and help members navigate their use of the Y.
Requirements
- Applicants must be able to move freely throughout the building.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, computer and communications skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and teach skills required.
- Provided CPR/AED Certification must be completed within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves
- The ideal candidate would have a minimum of one year experience in customer service.
