Do you have at least three years of experience working in a Financial Institution and are ready to move your career in a new challenging direction? Blaze Credit Union has a great opportunity to join our Member Experience Center (Call Center) helping Members over the phone with their financial needs. This position is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and electronic messages in a professional manner while ensuring the highest quality of member service. Our Member Experience Center positions are a first call resolution environment that offers a wide variety of responsibilities including processing transactions, researching and resolving member questions and disputes, along with providing technical support for our automated services. This is the perfect position for someone who is motivated to continue learning. Must be able to work Full Time and Saturday rotations (extended hours if needed). Our Member Service Representative offers competitive wages plus time and a half for Saturdays worked, a bonus for working 7 or 10 Saturdays in a quarter, and eligibility for a company-wide Quarterly Team bonus. The following locations have availability: Administrative building located in Falcon Heights. This position has rotating shifts Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:15 pm, Friday 8:00 am-6:15 pm, and Saturdays 8:30 am-12:15 pm. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.
