The Member Service Representative contributes to DCU's Success Sharing and business goals by identifying members' needs, providing service excellence, and helping members achieve their financial goals. This role involves building rapport with new and existing members, educating them on DCU products and services, and achieving assigned sales goals. Key functions include opening new memberships, accounts, and loans, processing loan requests, conducting teller transactions, and ensuring adherence to all DCU policies and procedures.
