About The Position

Bloom Credit Union is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative at our Wyoming Branch. Our Member Service Representatives are responsible for assisting members with their lending needs. Approximately half of our current team members have advanced through promotions or transfers within the Credit Union. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Able to pass a background check.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be detailed oriented.

Nice To Haves

CUAnswers experience preferred.
Lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist members with the loan application process.
Pull credit reports and calculate the debt-to-income ratios.
Prepare loan applications for underwriting and complete necessary documentation to fund or deny a request.
Open memberships.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and make appropriate recommendations of products and services to meet the financial needs of members.
Develop and maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and accounts and related policies and procedures.
