About The Position

To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service Assisting members with Zelle and fruad related transactions Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ GED required
  • 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • STRONG computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills
