About The Position

We are looking for a Bilingual Member Service Representative to process accurate transactions for credit union members, and look for ways we can financially empower those we serve. Location: Española , NM Full-Time: 40 hours per week Starting Pay: $21.00 Schedule Varies: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Sat 8:30 am to 1:30 pm Preferred Experience: Cash handling and customer service. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, including the ability to understand and speak fluently. Position involves receiving and processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments with great accuracy. Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
