Provide information on Baldwin EMC's service rules, regulations, policies, and programs to walk-in members to meet the needs of current and potential members and to increase member understanding. Receives member payments, including fees, deposits, and other payments. Balances cash drawer, kiosk, night deposit, and other batch payments. Accomplish all tasks related to new services, meter sets, disconnects, and changeover service orders, including the application process, quoting deposits, and updating the system. Communicate with Staking Technicians regarding new service requests. Remittance processing duties will include sorting/delivering mail. Pick up and deliver mail to the post office daily. Able to open all service orders and process credit checks for deposit quotes. Must be able to quote commercial deposits. The above-described duties are not all-inclusive. A detailed job description will be provided during the interview. Duties are performed in a typical office environment. Occasional overtime may be required.
