Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally which is essential for this position
Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls
- Direct all telephone calls to the appropriate person with minimum transfers
- Processing telephone transactions for members
- Gathering information and identify solutions for members and potential members
- Ability to problem-solve debit card issues
- Remain informed, alert and vigilant as it relates to fraud and/or scam activity
- Maintain member account information on computer system
- Other duties as assigned
