The Member Service Center Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and performance of the assigned service center. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, service quality, financial performance, and security while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements. The Manager partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, promote products and services, improve operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional member experience. The position also provides direct supervision of staff, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development, while reinforcing the credit union’s culture and core values.
