As a Member Qualification Specialist, you’ll be the first critical checkpoint in delivering a seamless experience to new Base members. Your primary responsibility will be to review submitted photos of members’ homes, confirm they submitted everything we need, and follow up with members to request any missing or unclear information. You’ll play a key role in qualifying homes for our service, ensuring every installation starts on the right foot. This role sits at the intersection of operational detail and member communication - perfect for someone with a background in support, operations, or data review who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and customer-first environment. The shift for this role is Thursday - Monday, designed to support our members and operations when photo submissions are highest.
