As a Member Technical Staff at Nutanix, your role will be to handle escalated customer problems on a day-to-day basis as a Sustaining Engineer. You will be a vital part of our mission to maintain Nutanix's high industry standard NPS score by providing excellent engineering assistance alongside our support organization to our valued customers.
