We’re hiring a high-agency operator to support and scale Clover’s LiveHealthy Rewards program, one of our most important levers for improving member engagement, preventive care, and overall health outcomes. Clover’s LiveHealthy Rewards program allows members to earn up to $400 annually for completing health-related activities like preventive visits, surveys, and fitness engagement. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Clinical, Operations, and Finance to design, operationalize, and optimize incentive programs that drive meaningful behavioral change. The opportunity ahead is to increase engagement, improve targeting, and ensure rewards are driving the right outcomes, both for members and for the business. This is a strong fit for someone coming from consulting or a strategy role who wants to move beyond recommendations and see their work translate into real-world impact.
