This role is for a Member Experience Associate at Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club in Norwood, MA. Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (training provided)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Interest in tennis or pickleball is a plus
  • CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
