About The Position

The Member Experience (MX) Analyst Intern will primarily assist MX Analysts in member journey and member communication (email, SMS, etc.) initiatives, including data and survey feedback analysis to inform strategy. This role will also assist the Director of Experience Design and Communication as needed for MX and UX/UI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • College student at freshmen, sophomore, junior, senior or master level status or a recent college graduate within the last 3 months.
  • Degree supporting customer experience design and strategy, behavioral data analysis, or other related major.
  • 3.0 GPA or greater preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Platform experience with Hubspot and/or Total Expert is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Experience Design and Communication, supporting ongoing implementation of user journeys and survey strategy in Hubspot.
  • Assist the Member Experience Analyst in day-to-day Hubspot administration tasks including monitoring automated workflows, survey performance, and troubleshooting.
  • Execute monthly survey campaigns and administer a monthly survey contest.
  • Collaborate with MX, Marketing team members, and stakeholder business units on member email messaging and quality assurance to ensure ideal member experiences, clear UX, and accurate data and email campaign properties.
  • Support additional Member Experience team initiatives by providing insights and ideas that consider the member perspective and advocates for an ideal member experience, including contributing to brainstorming and team strategy sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support current and future MX Analyst initiatives.
