From Potential to Performance — Help Design the Intern Experience Our Talent Acquisition team is focused on delivering an exceptional summer intern program experience while continuing to redesign key elements of the employee lifecycle — from preboarding to onboarding to offboarding. This internship has a primary focus on designing, supporting, and delivering a high-impact summer intern program experience, ensuring interns and managers have a meaningful, well-coordinated, and engaging journey. Secondarily, this role supports our broader Employee Lifecycle Project (ELP) by contributing to enhancements in preboarding and onboarding workflows specific to the intern experience. This role directly contributes to two key Talent Acquisition objectives: Deliver redesigned employee lifecycle workflows (preboarding, onboarding, offboarding) with stakeholder approval by end of Q4. Achieve an intern and manager intern program Net Promoter Score (NPS) of ≥80%. Position Overview You will be fully immersed in supporting, developing, leading, curating, and delivering the intern experience program while contributing to the redesign of onboarding and lifecycle workflows. You will work directly with: The Talent Acquisition Leader Talent Development & Inclusion Team The Intern Program & University Relations Lead Business Unit Liaisons supporting the intern program You will also engage directly with interns and hiring managers to gather feedback, support programming, and continuously improve the intern experience.
