Position Summary As the Member Enrollment Manager (Sales), you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of patient acquisition for new MDVIP physician launches. You will develop customized Sales Success Plans, coach a team of 8–10 On-Site Patient Enrollment Specialists, and ensure each practice meets enrollment KPIs — including panel fill velocity, conversion rates, and overall launch success. This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven sales manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about patient engagement, consultative sales, and community activation.
