This position is primarily responsible for supporting the development and execution of communications and content to ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and aligned with established brand and campaign objectives. The role involves assisting in developing and executing brand messaging across channel platforms, supporting storytelling initiatives that build the brand, ensuring communications follow established brand guidelines, gathering and sharing feedback from internal teams, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. It also includes supporting the execution of the member communication calendar, assisting with asset coordination, content preparation, and deployment across channels, maintaining organized communication workflows, tracking campaign timelines, and monitoring communication performance. The specialist will apply established best practices in day-to-day communication and marketing tasks, support operational processes for efficient campaign execution, maintain working knowledge of relevant platforms, and contribute to team efforts to improve marketing effectiveness. Additionally, the role requires assisting in proofreading and reviewing content for brand and style guideline adherence, following established QA processes, helping identify errors, and supporting tools that improve accuracy and efficiency. The position also requires adherence to Wings policies and procedures and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
