About The Position

Summary: Member Engagement Specialist will focus on outreach to potential patients via outbound phone calls with the goal to enroll the patients into Tria’s Pharmacy Advocate program. The program is a free benefit through their employer sponsored health care plan. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily to engage potential members. Achieve at least 60 program enrollments per month. Clearly explain program benefits and address member questions. Maintain professionalism aligned with Tria Health’s mission and values. Perform additional duties as needed. Success Factors: Strong communication and listening skills. Problem-solving and creative thinking. Team-oriented and adaptable during peak workloads. Empathy and ability to build rapport with members. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and quick to learn. Physical Requirements: Regular standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching. Must use hands frequently and have full range of vision abilities. Occasional lifting/moving of up to 5 lbs. Occasional driving or air travel may be required. Work Environment: Professional office setting using standard office equipment; generally minimal noise except for moderate noise in the mail room. Location: On-site role in the Crossroads Arts District, Kansas City, MO. Schedule: This position works with a flexible schedule working 15 to 20 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one-year related experience and/or training.
  • Proficient in Email and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel), Database software, E-mail, and Internet.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to analyze situations objectively, identify potential issues and evaluate different solutions.
  • Thinking outside the box to generate innovative solutions when faced with challenges.
  • Strong team player and willingness to work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, and/or to equalize peak work periods or to otherwise balance the workload.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
