Under general supervision, the Member Engagement Manager is responsible for managing all onboarding, ongoing engagement and renewal aspects of the relationship with all CCO Council members. To this end the Member Engagement Manager will need to liaise closely with both sales and the CCO Council Chair to ensure the members value derived from their membership of CCO Council is high enough to ensure continued participation in the Council. Ultimately the Member Engagement Manager must develop and drive deep and symbiotic relationships with high level executives and ensure continued strong renewal rates across members, ensuring a strong revenue base for Dow Jones CCO Council and WSJLI. Success will be measured based on the retention rates of the Member Engagement Manager for CCO Council, attendance rates of both CCO Council and associated WSJLI Events, as well as leverage of additional access/data provided to members.
