The Member Development Manager serves as a recruiting specialist in a quota-carrying sales role responsible for driving new Member acquisition within a defined territory. This position owns the full sales cycle—including prospecting, pipeline development, and closing—by clearly articulating the value of Nationwide Marketing Group to independent retailers. Success is measured by the ability to consistently meet or exceed new Member acquisition targets. This role requires strong market research, competitive awareness, and disciplined pipeline management, along with the ability to leverage vendor partner relationships to accelerate recruiting efforts. The Recruiting Specialist also ensures a smooth transition from sale to onboarding, positioning new Members to quickly adopt and benefit from NMG services.
