You lead with clarity, coach with intention, and build relationships that stand the test of time. As the Member Development Director for the South Region, you’ll guide both the strategy and the people who bring that strategy to life. You’ll oversee regional business development, manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, and directly support a portfolio of high-value member accounts. Much of your impact will happen in the field, meeting with retailers, troubleshooting challenges, strengthening vendor relationships, and helping members unlock greater sales and profitability. You’ll also play a key role in recruiting new retailers into NMG, shaping growth across the region, and ensuring your team can confidently communicate the full value of the NMG ecosystem.
