To represent the Credit Union in a professional manner when greeting members and the general public on the phone, insuring that they are directed to someone who can provide them with assistance. To assist members and potential members by accurately processing various financial transactions, including debit cards, online services, mobile banking, loan payments and ach requests. Acts as a resource in identifying and resolving member servicing issues; explains services and products, responds to problems, and if necessary directs phone calls to the appropriate area. Assists with administrative clerical duties such as mail.
