About The Position

We are seeking a Member Business Relations Officer who can provide a wide range of member service functions such as operational and member services to our member businesses.
This high contact position requires an ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members and to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive experience in member/customer service and cash handling within a full-service financial institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive member business services such as, but not limited to, new membership, new share accounts, enrollment, and support of merchant and online electronic services.
• Coordinates and assists with member business loan processes.
• Supports online electronic services such as participation of testing of online business platforms.
• Ensures compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
