Requirements

  • Associates degree and two years' experience; or a combination of two years related education and experience including basic Graphic Design abilities
  • 2-4 years of related experience required
  • Ability and comfort level with attending outside events and engagements, as well as public speaking/presenting information to various internal and external group is required
  • Must reside in either Wisconsin or Minnesota

Responsibilities

  • Champions the credit union advocacy movement, serving as a visible expert and internal ambassador for member and grassroots advocacy and fundraising in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
  • Serves as the primary liaison for community organizations seeking collaboration on financial education initiatives, leading partnerships and program execution—including SEG programs and Banzai educational resources—while supporting additional presentations and engagement activities with the Financial Education Specialist.
  • Conducts ongoing research into ways WESTconsin can remain top-of-mind for Financial Education in the communities within our field of membership and make recommendations to VP-Member Advocacy & Sales and CXO for advancements and promotions of financial education program.
  • Plans, leads, and executes major WESTconsin community events and initiatives, introducing new engagement ideas while managing logistics, volunteers, and impact reporting.
  • Owns and leads the Scholarship Program as the subject matter expert, including school coordination, committee management, vendor oversight, communications, award execution, and ongoing program evaluation.
  • Schedules, coordinates, and leads Service Engagement Meetings. This includes the creation and delivery of PowerPoint/email materials for presenters, post-meeting recaps to the Management Teams Channel, and SEM Topics Spreadsheet management.
  • Manages the administration and development of organizational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborates with leaders to create and refine SLA standards.
  • Serve as a project team member representing Member Advocacy/Member Experience as needed
